ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Our goal is to support parents through the important process of selecting the best school for their child.
We will walk you through our quick admissions process listed below and answer any questions you have along the way. Please contact our Advancement Office at 4info@svdprs.com to begin.

For prospective students in Grades 1-8, we will schedule a family meeting, including the prospective student, with our Principal Linda Pirolli to determine educational needs, discuss expectations, and review reports. Copies of the student's most recent report cards, behavior reports, and IEP report (if applicable) should be provided for this meeting.

After your family's visit to our campus and meeting with our Principal, you will be asked to complete an online application and submit the with non-refundable registration fee. As part of this application, you will need to gather your student's Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate (if applicable), and current immunization records.

Complete a Student Transfer form at their current school.
- Set up your family's FACTS account to manage tuition payments and/or to apply for tuition assistance.

The school will confirm your completed registration once all documents are received. Financial Aid decisions will be communicated to you by the Principal.
Note:

Preschool applicants must be 3 years old by September 30th for the PreK-3 program and 4 years old by September 30th for the PreK-4 program and must be bathroom ready.

Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years old by September 30th.

School Hours:
Full-Time Preschool and Grades K-8: 7:50 AM - 2:15 PM
Part-Time Preschool: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM for 5 days or 7:50 AM - 2:15 PM for 3 days
Extended Day Program is available from 2:15 PM - 5:30 PM
